Automated Messages for Buyers and Sellers Now Live
As announced in our last blog post, we have been working on a new automation system that will serve as the foundation for automating many processes and tasks on the platform.
Today, we are excited to announce that the first features based on this system are now live!

Automated Messages for Sellers
Sellers can now set up messages that are automatically sent to buyers after a purchase request is submitted. This allows sellers to provide important information such as shipping details, payment instructions, or simply a personalized thank-you message without having to manually respond to each purchase request.

Buyers can now set up messages that are automatically sent to sellers after the payment for a purchase request has been confirmed. This can be useful for providing additional shipping information, confirming payment details, or communicating any special requests.
What’s Next
This is just the beginning. The automation system we have built is designed to support many more features in the future. As mentioned in our previous post, we are planning to add functionality such as:
